By accessing and using Store Previews ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Store Previews is an online design platform that allows you to create App Store and Play Store mockup images, app icons, Open Graph images, and favicons for mobile applications (iOS and Android). The service is operated by Şükrü Kemük.
You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account information. You will be held responsible for all activities performed with your account. You should not share your account with others.
Store Previews uses a credit-based pricing system. The free package offers limited features, while premium features require credit purchase. Credit packages: Free (limited features), $5 credit package, $10 credit package. Credits are deducted as used and are non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire.
All content, design, logos, software, and distinctive features on the Service belong to Store Previews and are protected by copyright laws. You own the copyright to the images you create on our platform. However, you grant Store Previews the right to use such content for the purpose of providing, developing, and marketing the service.
User account data is stored as long as necessary to provide the service. You may permanently delete your account and all your data at any time from account settings. When you delete your account, all your projects and personal data will be permanently removed from our system.
The Service is provided 'as is'. Store Previews does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Store Previews cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.
Store Previews reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes arising from the use of the Service will be resolved in İzmir courts.
